RACE 07 is the second title released by HATRED in the past few days. This is a racing simulator from Swedish game developers SimBin Studios. As stated this is purely a simulation game, not an arcade racer so i doubt that a racing wheel is absolutely needed it will help a lot if you have one.

Yes, you need a wheel for a game like this. All SimBin games are like this. They are simulators, like MS Flight Sim is for planes.

are you serious? Although you can easily "download" the "wheel" if you go to the "shop" that is "outside".

No you fool, "wheel" is term to describe a round object that turns in two directions and controls the movement of the on-screen vehicle.
